A Chakra Spread and a half hour of Relaxation Reiki work to clear your vision and recharge spirit, so that you can get back at it. We start with the Chakra Spread, which gives a clear look into what’s going on with your energy, and allows for a more effective and efficient release during the Relaxation Reiki session that follows. We end with a brief discussion of what came up during the reiki session and how it corresponds with the Chakra Spread.
Clients leave a Tune up & Tune In Session typically feeling clear headed, relaxed, recharged, and with a better understanding of the self-care needed in order to maintain their energy. It is recommended that clients take it easy for the 2-3 hours following the session (if not the rest of the day) after the session, as reiki can leave you in a sensitive state.
This package is for those who know they need energy healing, but require more clarity when it comes to the state of their chakras and the source of blockages.
